I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Exercise Science. I have always enjoyed fitness and working out and CrossFit is one of the best all around fitness activities that I have found.

Through college I ran because I thought that was the best way to exercise. While in college I started learning different ways to exercise and the benefits of strength training as well as cardiovascular training. CrossFit incorporates both sides of fitness.
I love coaching all varieties of people. If it’s people who want to move better during their days or people who want to hit a max back squat I love hung the one to coach. I have done plenty of fitness events including a Ironman 70.3 which allows me to have a personal experience of sports so I can help those who need it.
