What Got Me Into CrossFit:
After training at a “regular gym” for years, i decided to give Crossfit a try to lean out a little before my wedding. I was only gonna train there for a month. That turned into two, turned into three. I quickly became addicted to the massive variety of workouts and lifts. As much as I love Crossfit, I also love what it allows me to do. Bring on any challenge, from a simple 5k run to a 9 mile obstacle course or even deadlifting well over twice my bodyweight. No problem!

What Got Me Into CrossFit:
After having my second baby, I was looking for a way to get back in shape. Amanda (the owner) encouraged me to give Crossfit a try. So I started training with her and I fell in love with it. It has made me stronger and faster than anything I have ever done and continually challenges me in new ways.
