Personal Training

CrossFit Lynchburg offers personal training for people of all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or want to hone your skills to a higher level, we will work with you one-on-one to help you reach your goals. Email to schedule a session. Rates range from $65-$85/hour, we can do sessions with a single person or in groups of two.

Birthday Parties

CrossFit Lynchburg hosts birthday parties for kids on Saturdays. Times available from 12:30-2pm and 4:30-6pm. Price varies on number of kids. Contact for more details.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness program designed around the things you do in the real world. Every day, you bend down and pick things up, you put things over your head, you squat down, you stand up, you run after your kids or jump over a puddle. CrossFit prepares you for all that and then some, by performing those exact movements in our workouts. We use exercises from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and track and field, and the programs are always varied, so your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, and better conditioned.
